  3. Shortlisting: Once interest is confirmed, we conduct a preliminary screening to ensure technical and linguistic alignment before sharing CVs with the Japanese employer.

  • Academic Pedigree: We prioritize candidates graduated from Premier Engineering Colleges (IITs, NITs, and top-tier private universities).
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of proven technical background is required for lateral entries.
